HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

UK and overseas customers may return any unwanted goods within 14 days from the day they are received, Please include a copy of the invoice in with your items so we know who they have come from. The returning goods should be posted via a recorded delivery with the buyer retaining any receipts in case the parcel should become lost in transit. Please Note return postage is not covered by The Dandy Lads Club

If you require an alternate size you can request an exchange by listing the size you wish to have sent back out, however we would alternatively recommend reordering and returning the original item for a refund as this will speed up the process for your exchange. Any order returned for an exchange will be refunded if we do not have the requested item in stock.

Please ensure all returned items to be sent back in the condition that they were sent and in original packaging
